Molash is a small parish comprised of some 90 homes and approximately 230 people. It is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) nestling on the picturesque North Downs and close to Canterbury, Ashford and Faversham.
Molash is a quiet and scattered parish surrounded by arable farmland but with the famous King's Wood forest on the doorstep. The forest is popular with walkers seeking a sight of deer and many varieties of birds.www.friendsofkingswood.org is the link for more information. A War Memorial is situated on the small village green.
Molash boasts the obligatory medieval church (St. Peter's, 13th century) photographed here in Spring & Winter, welcoming old coaching-inn (The George) and village hall, exterior photo and interior when beautifully dressed for a wedding reception; all well worth a visit.

Parish Council meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30 pm in the village hall, Pound Lane. If you intend to come along, please check first with one of the Councillors to ensure a meeting is being held.
